Sheet FD0 (Advice for Managers) contains on page 1, a list of the revised sheets and those that have been withdrawn, as the information about those particular topics can be found elsewhere in other HSE guidance.

The link to this sheet, which important to be read and understood is https://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/guidance/fd0.pdf.

Pages 3 and 4 of FD0 contains a lot of very useful links to information from the HSE and other reputable sources and may good places to start to seek additional information around any issues you may have on site or just to seek further information on top of what is produced in the sheets.

Please ensure that as part of maintaining your working HS systems that you update any and all copies of the sheets you have in circulation on site to the revised publications.  It may be that inspectors might ask if you are aware of these guidance sheets and the information they contain during any visits to your sites, either as part of planned visits, or for any other reason such as a RIDDOR report follow up or during any standard routine visit.

All areas of the site where these documents may be located in hard copy form need to be updated and any copies provided to management and supervisory staff need to be replaced with these latest sheets in order to help ensure that those with responsibilities for others, have the latest information.  Do not forget to include management and directors any safety representatives and safety committee members when updating information.
